Great set 8 Berlin KPM Porcelain Pink & White Floral Wide Rim Soup Bowls Plates

Description

Presented is a wonderful set of 8 Berlin KPM porcelain bowls. These bowls date
to the mid 1800s. The bowls are white with a pink and green border and floral
design. The central motif on each bowl is a large rose or carnation type flower,
with smaller floral sprays around the edges. The flowers and leaves are very
finely hand painted with exceptional skill and attention to detail, in shades of
pink, green, and black. The bowls are a good large size with a wide rim, great
for use as soup bowls.
This set is in great condition. The painted designs are in great shape. There
are no chips, no cracks, no breaks, and no repairs.
Each bowl is marked on the underside with the KPM sceptre in underglaze blue.
Each bowl is about 9 1/2 inches in diameter.
