KPM Berlin Hand Painted Weichmalerei Flowers Pink & Raised Gold Tea Caddy
Beautiful small porcelain tea caddy. Decorated with hand painted Weichmalerei flowers in purple, pink, and yellow framed by raised gold scrollwork. With raised gold floral designs in between. With pink highlights in between the raised gilding around the shoulder of the caddy and bottom of the neck/  Marked on the bottom with the underglaze blue scepter mark used by KPM Berlin. Has a slash through the mark. Probably late 19th century.
Has some wear to the gilding. The finial of on the lid appears to have some well done professional restoration. Otherwise good condition.
Measures approximately 2 3/4 inches wide x 5 3/4 inches tall to the top of the lid finial.
This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
