    Description

    This listing is for an absolutely COOL Nikon MD-4 motor drive.  This drive is made for the Nikon F3 film cameras...and to my knowledge all production versions were black.  If you've shopped for a used black one you know that while many of them still work great most of them have paint chips and scratches that would hardly compliment a nice looking F3.  Enter my efforts...and some automotive sandpaper.  Yes, I removed all of the paint from this drive using extremely fine sandpaper.  I'm quite proud of the effort.  I think it truly looks professional, but take a look at my pictures and YOU decide.  In sweaty palms the smooth surface can be a bit slippery but I always balked at adding anything "grippy" to the handle.  It's just a matter of being careful.
    It's been a few years since I used it last (sold my F3 long ago) but it was working perfectly the last time I used it.  I'll guarantee it's working.  The battery chamber is clean (no corrosion).
